An update on Empire Works

As Empire Works begins to move towards the final months of completion, with the whole site expected to be finished in late spring 2020, here's an update on what plots are still for sale.

Within phase three, there are just three plots remaining, including:

Plot 26 and 27

These adjoining plots must be viewed to appreciate their size, layout and finish.

Mirror-images, they are both 3-bedroom homes over three floors, with an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge on the ground floor, and patio doors opening onto a raised, south-facing terrace. The kitchens also enjoy breakfast bars, with plenty of storage space and a separate WC/utility area.

Plot 34

The property is now available to view and buyers are still in a position to make bespoke choices. It will be ready by May 2020. It is priced at £162,500.
