As some of you might be already be aware, we recently released our much-anticipated plans for the final phase of our Empire Works development.
Whilst the majority of Phase Two consisted of apartments, our third and final phase will see us build eight stunning three and four-bedroom homes, along with six apartments.
Empire Works – our flagship development – has been one of our most popular schemes in recent years, with most of our Phase Two apartments being reserved within a couple days of release; and already plenty of enquiries about Phase Three.
One of the biggest reasons for the volume of interest is the location. Slaithwaite has evolved massively over the past couple of years, with bars and eating spots popping up everywhere. With the gorgeous Yorkshire moors just at the top of the village and the canal running through to Marsden and onwards, the village is also a great central location for walkers.
The quality of our builds is what we pride ourselves on and is something that our tradespeople work very hard to achieve. It’s certainly a strong contributing factor to Empire Works’ success.
And don’t just take our word for it, Empire Works was shortlisted for ‘Best Large Development’ in the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards.
So if you’re interested in moving to this beautiful part of the Colne Valley then take a look at the plots we have available.
We offer an unbeaten, personalised service to each and every client. With shared input into design, layouts, fixtures and fittings, we provide a unique opportunity to create a truly bespoke home that is perfectly tailored to your individual tastes and requirements. The earlier that our homes are reserved, the more input you can have.
Offering this level of involvement allows our customers to come close to designing their ‘dream’ home. We love clients’ reactions when it comes to seeing their house developed into a home when handing over the property.
So, if you’re looking for a stunning, new build home or apartment in Slaithwaite, see what plots we have for sale. Alternatively, you can call us on 01484 844311 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
P.S, we’ve recently received some good news – the Fire Station development at Marsden has been given the go ahead by Kirklees Council. If you want to find out more of what this will involve, click here.
